Duty Officers

This a little help to give you special duty officers.

Note: I discover lately there is not important in a duty officer mission the ability itself,
because quality is more important.
Example: If for a mission is need "Eidetic Memory" a green officer with that rise the %
in the Critical success. However if I use a Very Rare officer without the required
ability, the % will be the same or more.
Take a look by yourself.
My sugestion is to use a very rare Duty officer in those missions important to you
like the ones rewarding you on critical with more than 150 Dilithium.

How do i get better duty officers?

In Beta Ursae, Zeta Andromedae, Alpha Trianguli Sector Blocks
- Dosi Officer Exchange Program
- Ferasan Officer Exchange Program
- Wadi Officer Exchange Program

Also you can buy random Fleet duty Officers at Starbase (Main OPS Room) or Embassy (take TurboLift to OPS Room) by quality, using fleet credits.

- One mission on "Wasteland" give you "Law" a very rare duty officer.
(the missions on this episode can't be replay).

Now how you get the common duty officers and in some cases a uncommon one.

FED
Go to the Academy in the Sol System and beam down there. Go to the building on the north left side of the map.
You will find the Personal Officer and Lt. Ferra at the inside center. Talk to personal officer and request personal.
You can get 4 request without no cost, and if want to spend 1000 dilithium there are other.
Go out and take your right until find the Andorian and Tellarite Exchange Officers, request to each one some duty officers.
Then go to low level part of the map and find the Vulcan Exchange Officer, request to her a duty officer too.

If want to spend dilithium you can buy to the Lt. Ferra some specials duty officers. I must finish first each tier of the Duty Officers program (like Trade 1,2,3,4 [very rare duty officers]).

KDF
In Qo'nos system beam down to the Academy and go to the training pit. Talk to the Orion Master there and order orion personnal. Jump and find the Gorn and Nausican Officers on the side of the route to inside of the academy. Order some officers to them.
After enter the academy you will find an officer to the left in the corner of the ramp. Order some personal. He has the same options as the FED academy.

ROM
Beam down to command center and go to the room at your right where the holographic map is show. At first door used the console to request personnal is on your left. Same options as the FED/KDF academy.

Also, as Romulan you can go to the other academy of your side choice an request personnal. Enjoy!.
